Question about Sony Grand WEGA KDF-55WF655 36" Rear Projection HDTV
I work in a video store and we have had a tv rather sizeable tv sitting in the corner gathering dust. i turned it on a few days ago to realise the reason it was never on was because someone had left a speaker on top of the screen for quite some time. the magnet inside the speaker has warped the picture at the top and bottom, also the red greens and blues have separated. any ideas on how i could fix it?
Hi the convergence ic's are ususally the problem. part no is stk4278l and they are located in front of the set behind the speaker grill. there are also teo fuses on this board that should be checked good luck
