-   I have the same problem. There was a firmware update to fix previous problems with Bluetooth intermittent service but nothing to solve this current problem. The Bluetooth software version is 3.10 It may be helpful to re-install the firmware update but I haven't figured out if/how that can be done. -   cshiels

Download and run the Garmin WebUpdater. There is a new version of the firmware availabe for the bluetooth.
