Question about Samsung ML 2010 Laser Printer
Well my first suggestion is to consult the printer's user manual. (found here: http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/200602/20060216163720484_ML-2010_English.pdf)
However, if both the online/error and toner save light blinks you could be having a spoiler problem, a software problem, or a connectivity issue. If this is connected to the computer directly, check all your connections. See if the error (exclamation mark) has any other information as to what the error might be. Check to make sure the front manual load panel is closed and that there is paper in the general paper tray. Check for a paper jam which the manual will explain how to do in detail. And if push comes to shove restart the printer, reinstall the drivers on the computer.
If it is connected to a network or router, check to make sure the computer is directed to the printer on the network and make sure the proper port controller is activated and directed as well. Make sure the network is recognizing the printer or the printer is even plugged into the network.
