Insignia DTV Convter remote codes

I would like to program my Dish Network Platinum remote control (part number 121716) to control the Insignia Analog to Digital TV convert box (part number NS-DXA1). I have tried to scan for device codes, but with so many codes in the remote, it would be nice to at least start close to the right code (ie 1xx, 2xx, 3xx, etc). It would even be better if someone knows the right code without scaning though all the codes.
