A 1/2 second on, 1/2 second off blinking indicates a fault condition with the icemaker. It could be an open or shorted thermistor, or a harvest cycle taking longer than 30 minutes. Check for a stuck ejector - caused by a cube that was not cleared or a mechanical problem. Other causes can be bad icemaker heater, control board, thermal cut out, or bad motor. Essentially, if you don't have a physical blockage, you will have to replace the icemaker.

Grab a blow dryer and aim it at the water tube that supplies water to your ice maker. More then likely it is frozen with ice and will need further melting to clear it out so that your ice maker will work again

Your model uses a electronic ice maker. If the tray has srinking cubes and if you fill to top with tap water, let freeze and if it does not drop the ice the problem most ikely is the icemaker mode=> WR30X10093 The ice maker has a thermistor or thermostat built in and communicates with the circuit board inside to tell when it is time to cycle. You can try the water test and let me know but this is a typical failure with that type of ice maker. If this solve you ice maker problem please rate me. If not explain what you tried and we will try the second test. Jenn air side by side refrigerator ice maker not working

On mine the water inlet feed tube would freeze solid. Removing the ice tray and using a hair dryer to completely thaw the tube would get it working for another month or so. My frig had a solid rubber inlet tube. I noticed at the appliance store that newer models had an inlet tube that was split on top. I got one of these from a local appliance parts store, and it fixed the problem. The tube replacement it easy. Get to the back of the frig. Turn off the water supply. Carefully pry the white plastic piece out ( located on the upper right side when facing the back of the frig. ) of the frig. When you have the new one in hand it will be clear what you are going to do. Pull out the old remove the water line. Attach the line to the new tube and insert it. Turn on water, check for leaks, and you should be ok. This repair is only effective if you have an inlet tube that freezes up. There can be many other malfunctions that stop ice makers from working. This was my problem. Replaced the tube 3 years ago and ice maker has worked fine since the replacement.

According to the manual for your refrigerator:
Blinking green light indicates an ice cube is stuck in the icemaker. To fix - Turn off the ice maker with the on/off switch. Then remove all of the ice from the icemaker by hand and turn it back on.

I hope this helps.
