Problem for Daewoo DTQ-25S3FC 25" TV

Help....all the characters on tv are green

Hi. After shutting off my television for a bit tonight, we turned it back on and all of my characters are green. I have tried to adjust the contrast, brightness, tint, color, etc to remedy the problem and nothing seems to be helping. Please help me figure out how to fix this problem. The television is less than 3 (three) years old.

Hi. When TV has one color only, Unplug CRT Socket. if voltages for cathodes within 10% of each other, Problem is with CRT. check green video amp on crt socket, it may be shorted or leaky, if ok have crt checked for short involving the green cathode.
