It's a tedious and dangerous process if you don't know what you're doing with your phone. Currently there are only 3 themes available to your phone. it will not allow you to add another. So you need to replace one theme. Say, the silver theme. You will need to download a program that will allow you to replace that theme. Please note that you need to backup your phone's data first before doing anything else or you might regret it afterwards.
Golden Rule: If you don't know what to do next, quit while you're ahead. Messing up the phone might render your warranty useless.
