The tv dam light engine block it is the causes an the problems. This a major design flaw in the tv light engine block by the tv Corporations Samsung,Mitsubishi have this problems more than the other big screen tvs brands.A brand new tv?Take ur warrenty repair quickly, this things wouldn't stops. The white and black dots will continue and keep comming more and more.Until the tv have replace the light engine block or have it replaced another cuircuit board that help the light engine block too work.

i don't have warranty for this TV. Can you tell me what part i can change in this TV. Can i fix with change DMD Chip? Please let me know

Changing the DMD chip on the board might work if the biginning of the problems, not if the problem it been there awhile and spreading.A light engine block are mostly very small and micro parts and miro circuits mounted on mostly almost impossible to put it back together if u never take it aparts before. Not reconmended. The Chip it not a consumer product item any way. That the very hard item to get a hold of.

Why does my mitsibishi wd-607365 has white and black dots on it

After years of usage, the Mitsubishi WD-60735 starts to show some white dots, they begin to increase day by day all over the screen.
The problem is related to the DMD chip Part# 276P595010.
The part is about $200 you may find it used and cheaper on ebay.

Good luck

Little white dots on the screen

dirty lens, dirty mirrors, warped light guides, spider webs and mini-UFOs that fly across the inside can cause what you described.

but 6 months is pretty early for a cleaning but possible.
