I cannot load my Print Master Gold on my new windows 7. I just get a black screen with a white box in the middle. help please. Peggy

It says it works with Windows 10. but make sure you have the latest version 25.

All you need to do is download & install Windows XP Mode for Windows 7

Once installed you will be able to run all your favorite old programs , if you run into any compatibility issues , right click on the .exe file & select "properties" , compatibility mode , & select the settings your program is known to work with .

After all this if you still can't run the program , try using " virtualbox " or " vmware virtual machine " & install a copy of windows xp as a virtual machine .

You should try downloading a different rom. It sounds like the one you have is corrupt. It might also be that the R4i simply has problems playing that game. I hope that helps!

you can buy virtual machine program and use older stuff with windows 7. it will require u to install that os also to run it. please vote

You need to find the Color Options Features Tab; choose greyscale or Black Only.

Compatibility Wizard

first try to right click and select the text and "print selected", if that does not work, try printing a screen shot using "alt+print screen" for the app. window, or just "print screen" for the whole screen.

when you get the window of the printer go to preferences , then on top of window click color , then where it says COLOR OPTIONS , unclick the PRINT IN GRAYSCALE (uncheck the box) then click OK . and try again . hope this helps

shut off close caption. use the CC button onthe remote or go in to the menu and change close caption to CC1. this box is the close caption in TEXT(1,2) which will put on a black box whenever there is caption present.
