I should go to he Pram Shop where you bought it from, if it has closed down go to a Mothercare Shop or similar Pram Shop. They will be able to get you the information you need.

bigbrad70 - I too had the very same problem. If your Duo cruiser has the spring hitch (a short 1.5 to 2 inch long spring mounted horizontaly in the frame just behind where it connets to the bike) then this is an easy fix. There are three parts needed. First looks something like a figure 8 with one large and one small hole. The second is a latch pin that goes through the first. The third is a washer with some tabs on one side. If you have these things then you have all the parts if not call the InStep customer service line
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm (Central Standard Time)
And ask for the SA074 coupler.
If you do not have the spring hitch I think they have adifferent coupler but am not sure as mine has the spring hitch. As for the istallation just go to the InStep website and look up the owners manual for any of the older double bike trailers.
Hope this helps!
P.s. The coupler is back ordered until approximately June 28 but can be pre ordered (I am currently waiting for mine!)

SOURCE: Where can I buy an
You can probably just get a standard 16 inch replacement inner tube or outer tire from any bike shop, both of which are usually pretty reasonably priced.
However, if you want the exact factory replacement parts then you can order them from the following link:
