Print Error (by 15 users)
When I print, it only prints about an inch, then shoots out the paper. The ink keeps going, like the printer is still printing. Sucks!

HP 1240 SOMETIMES ONLY PRINTS AN INCH, THEN WILL WORK OK FOR SUBSEQUENT PRINTS.

Is not feeding the paper properly, only takes in about two inches, but it sounds like it is still printing inside the machine. Now I am getting a paper jam error but I cannot find a paper jam anywhere.

It print about 2 inches, stop printing and cut the paper. Green light continues blinking, like receiving signal. If continues printing, white bars (1/4") appear expanding the picture.

it prints abiut two pages and gives teh flashing Callaborate and Configure lights

aligments problem
WizTo be on the safe side make sure you have the latest drivers, and check to make sure that you don't need to change the ink.
sometimes things like this happen when the printer registers a wrong ink level.

I have the same problem trying to print the tag but nothing printing keep running the tag he said.

the printer only print two and a half pages and then only sounds as if it was printing but the paper ejected is completely blank. the printer is Z33 Lexmark. Please help me.

When I print, it only prints about an inch, then shoots out about 9-10 papers.It was working well yesterday, dunno what happened today+can't use microsoft word anymore to print my labels(i need to print labels from microsoft word as well even if it does not generate a barecode) What is the solution? I am going crazy!!! Hope to hear from you really soon. Thanks

When printing, only prints the top 1/4 page and the rest is blank. Error message is Hardware error 0502.

printer makes loud clicking noises, paper comes half way out then printer shuts down. have checked he transparent strip behind the ink cartridges but didn't fix anything. what would you suggest.

1st on a shipping label it printed the 1st 2 lines than nothing..tried again and now label advances but nothing is printing on the label..i did the 10 second test and the label advances but no writing or lines
