Question about HP LaserJet 4000tn Printer
Its not a simple process, but here are the basics.
1. remove the upper cover, 4 screws and the part that releases the toner is connected to the cover.
2. remove all side covers.
3. remove the manual tray
4. remove the tray 1 upper assembly, 2 long screws the go straight down, one on left side near front, one on right side, you will see it when you look straight down from the top.
5. remove about 5-6 big tapping screws, and unplug cable from left side and 1 from right side.
you should be able to see the jammed paper.
this is not that easy, so if you dont feel extremely comfortable, dont do it.
