I suspect there is some unwanted programs in your computer that is causing this problem.
You need to do a manual virus check on your computer else do a system restore

I cant copy a big file (example: ISO file size 7gb) into my transcend external hard disk 500gb. a pop out message will appeared (File too big to transfer) help me please. Thanks

Please check how many Mb free disk space you currently have on your transcend device as the description of the pop up message sounds like the default error message from the operating system stating that the file you're trying to transfer is too large to fit on the destination drive. Perhaps try copying and pasting a smaller file first just to make sure that there's nothing wrong with the drive before attempting to transfer such a large file.

How do I format a memory card for a JWIN mp3 player? When I was downloading last night off of the internet, Windows popped up saying the memory was full internally. I have a memory card, and I tried to...

Hello ==) ^^
  • Insert your memory card into your computer's reader if you have one. If not, you can purchase a multi-format USB Memory Card reader from Amazon.com or Buy.com
  • 2 Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of available drives.
  • 3 Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right drive.
  • 4 In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose 'Format'.
  • 5 Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted to do in the first place.
  • 6 Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to it to make sure it works fine now.

    Wrong Volume

    It looks like your computer is trying to access a cd in your CD rom drive. I may be completely wrong on this, but this is from my past experience. So once you put that CD in that drive its ok and you let it do do what its trying to do, then after that you take the cd out. If E is not your CD drive, let me know.

    Solve this as soon as possible

    Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
