Question about HP Computers & Internet
What problem it is giving ? check that device is properly inserted or not. Can you able to see the mouse arrow on your desktop ? If its perfect then replace it. Remember that, after installing the new mouse you need to restart the system once. so that it can initialize that device. If new mouse is also not working then there is a problem in your motherboard mouse connector. Try with above steps. Hopefully it should work. Thank you.
