Hi, My Lexmark E232 printer is on but will not print. The light second from the bottom is orange. Help!!

That second from the bottom orange light indicates a paper jam. Press Continue to resume printing once all the jammed pages are cleared from the paper path. Press Continue twice quickly to see the secondary error code. See "Secondary error codes" on page 69 of the user manual for more information.

Here's a link to the manual: http://www.lexmark.com/publications/pdfs/e230/eng/ug.pdf

Yellow light flashing on Lexmark E232

Since you are extremely vague on exactly which light is flashing I would suggest that you follow the link below and review the User's Guide. In particular the section on Operator Codes beginning on page 57. This should shed light on what your flashing light is trying to tell you. At the very least it will allow you to elaborate in greater detail if it does not help you resolve your problem. Best of luck! =)

My lexmark 232 shows the light "toner low/replace pc kit". how do i do that?

The Photoconductor Kit designed for use with Lexmark E230, E232, E232T, E238, E330, E332, E332N/TN, E240, E340 and E342. Yields 30,000 pages.

Have you printed 30,000 pages on this unit? If not perform the following reset:

Procedure for E-232 is:
1. press and hold Start
2. turn on the printer
- this is service mode -
- by pressing the Start you can print Printer Settings Configuration sheet -

3. press and release Cancel 4 time
4. Press and hold Start while all lights start cycle
5. press and hold Cancel untill all the light cycle
6. turn the printer off to exit the menus

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

RE:LEXMARK E232 Don't know what the LIGHT BULB error code means

the light bulb means "ready". It's the "you're good to go" light. Solid means "ready". Flashing means "busy".

it is only a problem if it is on in combination with other lights. See this pdf for a reference of all the lights, and what they mean:

http://www.lexmark.com/publications/pdfs/e230/eng/qref.pdf

There's a table listing all the lights and error codes on the right of the second page.

Blinking lights

I believe that you are talking about the photoconductor kit this needs replacing when it has reached end of like if you don't replace it you will get poor print quality and risk damaging the printer as well. Below find the lexmark web site with their quick reference guide.
