Hi I have been advised by TalkTalk that I need to remove the utility on my zoom adapter as when I restart my computer I lose my wireless connnection? Can you tell me how I can do this
Do this....
Uninstall the whole program. You should see an icon next to the zoom adaptor in your programs when you press the start button to uninstall it.
If you don't you will have to go into the control panel. Select add/remove programs. Look for it in the list and unistall it that way.
Restart your computer.
Plug the wireless adaptor in your computer and let the computer scan for the drivers. It may need the CD that came with the adapter but don't load anything else off of the CD.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Sorry I dont know what type of utility it is. I'm not that technical I'm afraid.
When you installed the software to your wireless network adapter, what did it load up?
What type of utility is it?
Can you install just the drivers only?
