Cash drawer problem

Hello A.J.,
I was having the same problem...first you do need to
check and make sure that the health check works.  If not,
get the number and give Epson a call.  It's there OPOS
that you are running, and what they do is they have 3
levels basically, you need to get to level 3, because
they are really the only ones that can help.  Once you
get everything hooked up make sure to set the pulse to
500 I think it is, this makes sure that the drawer will
open every time.  If you want to give me a call, my
brother should come into work in the morning, I am on the
West Coast, and my number is 619.787.9608 he will be in
between 10 and 1 Pacific time, call and he can probably
walk to you through evertyhing.  My name is Vince.  Best

Hello, I have not had any issues with Epson TM T88III and
MMF Cash Drawer. Ensure you have checked the health
status in the OPOS utility and probably the latest OPOS
utility from Epson. You probably have already verified
that you have an Epson interface MMF cash drawer.
