Question about HP (J7941A) Print Server
When the unit is booted, it passes the post tests but then hangs on booting. Possibly its lost its software. any ideas James

If it's truly lost it's firmware, you're probably toast, as I didn't see the availability of a serial port. I'm betting you don't have a support contract for it with HP, so if your firmware is gone, I'd recommend saving some cash and replacing it.
