Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

My samsung n150 plus keyapd is not working properly

It sounds like a key gets stuck on your keyboard, which keeps sending signals to your computer; especially as it seems fine using an external keyboard. When the laptop is off, try typing on each key a number of times, especially the 'suspect' ones, m and 0 (?)
Have you spilt Coke or coffee on it at any time??

Continually reboots

no PC stated

w8 is new
its not w8 fault, id do that with W10 too.
what his is , is the silly new boot logic HP now uses.
I hate it, for just the reason.
it should say and halt, OS fails to boot,
do a repair install.
here :
1`: if all your fails are backed up are they.
2: hit F11 recovery and do a fix startup files first.
3 :if that fails a full reload.

do startup repair , if no joy
do system restore, this is total w8 restore. from the HP partitions.
if F11 is dead that usually means the HDD is bad.
or was slammed, (you upgraded the OS with out HP help)?

I am lerning a+ &n+ and i am having mercury pc but it is problom to me to boot or formet the drivers and i want to update the winxp ti win 7 some time the dv d players will not function with win...

Hi, you can download drivers here:

http://www.mercury-pc.com/downloads_list.php?productid=510

Please unzip the file before installation.

Your mainboard is too old to run windows 7 as it is 10 years old.
There is no drivers for that operating system anyway.

Consider to buy a newer pc compatible with windows 7.

Envision L19W761 LCD TV - VGA mode failure.

The resolution or refresh rate of the computer is not compatible with the TV. Before the computer starts loading Windows, start tapping F8 and select "Enable VGA Mode" from the menu that appears, this will set your computer to a very low resolution (640x480). I believe the option is actually called "Enable low resolution video" on Vista, it's VGA mode in XP. Now you should get a picture on the TV, work your way up from there.

Laptop will not boot after vrus warning.

try booting into safe mode? on a pc hit F8 repeatedly while you boot until you get a boot screen with the safe mode option. Some laptops have differant keys, eg F2, <Del>, F10, but ussualy they state this when it boots up.

when you get into safe mode, go to your run prompt and type "msconfig" hit enter. got to startup, disable all.Go to services, disable all. reboot. if this works, try running an pdated antivirus scan. I recommend using Avast! which is like AVG. It can do a start up scan. also try running something like 'trojan remover' which is free to download.

Good luck! :)

Compaq notebook won't boot up

Hi

When you boot the computer back up go into Safe Mode and check to see if you can roll the computer back to the point before you installed the software.

If so this should work. If it works then run a virus scan, a defrag of the hard drive and cleans the temp files.

OR

You can do a diagnostic startup and uninstall Onecare. So once that it is uninstall ed it should be smooth sailing.

Here is a link for some startup / diagnostic software you could try after booting.

I hope this helps

/Shawn
