This is a Silent mode icon.
Turning silent mode off:
1 {MENU} -> {#}{2}{3}{8}
2 Using Up/Down arrow, select "Off" -> {SAVE} and press {OFF} to exit.
That is it!

SOURCE: I need an Handset Installation

Hi,

You can download and print the instruction manual in PDF format by clicking this link:

http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/KXTGA641.PDF

You'll require Adobe PDF Reader installed on your computer to view the manual. If it is not already installed on your computer, download it free from: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Hope this solves your problem. Thanks for using FixYa.

SOURCE: Model KX-TG 1032 when I

Hello.

Either the phone itself or the line is problematic.

Disconnect the line and the power from the KX TG phone base. If other phones are connected to the same phone line, disconnect all the phones in the same way. Wait 15 minutes. Connect each one of the working phones and lastly, the problem phone. If the KX TG is the only phone, connect it.

If still a problem, connect a working phone. If it doesn't work, the line is a problem - call your provider. If the phone works, your KX TG 1032 is a problem and needs to be replaced.

Hope this helps.

Regetsering kx-tga641 to kx-tgc350

The KX-TGA641 handset is not compatible with the KX-TGC350 base. The KX-TGC350 communicates with the KX-TGDA20 add-on handset. The included handsets are KX-TGCA35 (1 to 4 handsets depending on the model). See the manual here: https://help.panasonic.ca/viewing/ALL/KX-TGC350/OI/TGC364_PNQX7789XA/TGC364_PNQX7789XA.pdf . You can also check the product page here: https://shop.panasonic.com/cordless-corded-telephones/cordless-telephones/KX-TGC35.html?dwvar_KX-TGC35_handsets=1 .

The KX-TGA641 handset is compatible with the KX-TG6400 series base. See the manual for this expandable cordless telephone system here: https://help.panasonic.ca/viewing/ALL/KX-TG6411/OI/TG6411_PNQX1623YA/TG6411_PNQX1623YA.pdf?a_id=54175&session=tg2XbQ_o . You can also find the handset's manual here: https://shop.panasonic.com/support-only/KX-TGA641T.html . Additional information for the KX-TG64 series phone system is available from one of those product pages: https://shop.panasonic.com/support-only/KX-TG6411T.html .

I wish that I had better news for you. In this case, the base is speaking a different language during registration than the KX-TGA641 is expecting. They will never properly communicate.

How do I install my Panasonic KXTGA401 phone?

The KX-TGA401 is a handset for specific Panasonic cordless telephone systems. Connecting the handset requires registering (pairing) it with the base and if the base can support another handset. First make sure that the base is plugged into an active phone line (land line) and that the power adapter is plugged in and working properly. Charge the handset before attempting the registration process.

Then make sure that the phone system is in standby (no calls). Press and hold the Locator button on the base for about 5 seconds (wait until the tone sounds). If all of the handsets that are already registered ring, press and release the Locator button and then press and hold it again. Once you hear the registration tone (some models), place the new handset in the charger on the base. Wait for the long beep and the registered symbol to appear.

If the not registered symbol appears, try registering by using the handset menu. Press Menu # 1 3 0 (the key below 9 and individual number keys) on the handset. Press and hold the locator button until you hear the registration tone as above. Then press Select and Save on the handset within 90 seconds of hearing the registration tone. Wait for the handset and base to complete the registration process. You'll hear a long beep.

The first registration method is given in the manual for the handset, http://help.panasonic.ca/viewing/ALL/KX-TGA401/OI/TGA401_PNQX2390ZA/TGA401_PNQX2390ZA.pdf. The second is from the page 31 of the manual for the KX-TG653x (KX-TG6531 base) system, ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tg6511_mul_om.pdf . The KX-TGA401 handset works with other bases as well. You may want to check the manual for your phone system in case there are differences. Other compatible phone systems are the KX-TG401x, KX-TG403x, and KX-TG651x.

I hope this helps.

3) Press OK

4) Enter the time. 5:30 would be enter like this:

0530
