Web cam is very blury and i cant fix it. i adjusted the lenses too

No! this not normal, the web cam is defective and the whole unit should be returned for exchange.

generally you should be able to adjust the clarity of the image by adjusting the lense nearest the eye .First loosen the set collar that holds the lense in place, then adjusting the image to clear

Try to clean the lenses and make sure the convergence is setup right. It should fix your problems. Good luck

camera works on lenses if the lenses are not good then video or pics taken wont be good, lenses cant be replace so make efficient amount of light in the room then a little better result will be seen.

Don't use the barlow - it's too much magnification for such a small telescope.

You dont state if you have tried to adjust by turning the lense. Try turning the lense clockwise or anti-clockwise. hope this helps.

I don't know what the cam looks like, but is there a part that you can twist at the lense? If so you can use that to adjust sharpness

Solution:

Your TV has a convergence problem. Here are some of the most common symptoms.

Screen looks 3D
One or more colors can't be adjusted when using the convergence menu.
Screen is bowed in or warped.

Here is a quick test....

Using your original remote go-to the tv settings then goto the convergence or magic focus section.

Try to adjust the convergence.

You should be able to move them up, down, left, and right.

If you can't move them in all directions your convergence chips are bad and should be replaced. This is a common problem.

Its a fairly easy fix on the Hitachi sets.

There could be two reasons for the blurr ness

1)when you were handling the webcam you might have touched the lense of the cam so clean the lense of the cam.

2)The focus of the cam needs adjustment.....There will be something to adjust the focus....
