please test your aircon with digital temperature meter i mean take first room temperature data then check your aicon flow air temperature it should be lower than to 20-22 degree Celsius if it,s not low like this
then it can be low freon problem in your aircon system.
if your aircon compressor is working and it,s not getting cold then it can be cause of leakage in aircon system then need to refill freon on your system .

Have you tried pushing the reset button on the power plug? If the unit overheats the reset button will click on and the a/c will turn off. In order to turn it back on you will have to push the reset button.
If it blows hot and cool air, it means that you aircon is not having an isolation of the evaporator and condenser air. Please have a technician repair the air leak. Hot air from the condenser must be separated from the cool air of the evaporator. Hope this will help you.
