We bought this watch thru Amazon 3 months ago. We seem to have lost the Instruction Manual and now have changed time zones. How do we set the local time? We've tried lots of combinations; nothing works.
It took us 2 days, but my husband and I figured it out. Press and HOLD the Mode button until the time display starts to flash. Then press the Mode button until the time section (hours, minutes or seconds) that you want to change is flashing. Use the Start/Stop and Reset buttons to scroll the time up or down. Press the Mode button again until everything stops flashing.

To get the manual from the Reebok site, you need to know the model number (not 10M). The Reebok site says you can look on your user manual for this ?!?. If I had my user manual, why would I be online looking to download a user manual?
Anyway, there is another response below that answered my question.....
You have to hold down the mode button until the time starts flashing, hit the mode button again to get hours. Adjust with the stop/start button.
