Question about Refrigerators
I have a similar model (SR395NTS) with a similar problem. Have a look at the bottom section at the rear of fridge. You will see a corrugated hose that drains to a plastic tray as part of the defrost mechanism. I found that this was backed up and was able to pull it out to empty it into the tray.

The rubber sealing would have worn out so change the rubber sealing
