Question about Apple iPod MP3 Player

1 Answer

Ipod nano hey, so i recently got my ipod nano 4th generation replaced about 3 weeks ago because of this same exact problem that i am about to explain. i would charge my ipod with a wall charger for a couple hours look at the battery symbol and it would say that it's fully charged but when i unplug the ipod it stays on for about 10 seconds then dies. So then i tried charging it via computer but i get the same results. THEN i tried just restoring my whole ipod but it didn't make a difference, it still died within seconds of unplugging it when i took it to the apple store they barely said anything and said just to make sure i am downloading my music from itunes, which i am going to be honest i am not. so what i think is that there might be a song that is causing this but even after i restored it and didn't have any music on my ipod it still was dying. any answers??? thank you!!

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

My 4th generation iPod Nano has just recently receieved a very dark screen. How can I fix it?

Have you tried resetting the nano . please try this out. If this does not solve the issue connect to the PC and open up the files. scan for virus, delete all unwarranted files. other wise if the files do not shown please search for all files through the search from the start key. you will get to see all the files. check on eby one and save off to a folder. then delte the total memory, reinstall after you find that the problem is resolved. Good day

Remote won't control my 4th generation ipod nano

Hey I figured it out. When you bought the 4th generation ipod nano it came with it's own dock insert. It fits perfectly and fixes everything, including the remote issues. Now my only problem is I have a black ihome and a white insert :( Good luck!
