This issue sounds tricky. I recommend you call the Raypak technical support at 800-947-2975 or 800-627-2975 and they should be able to help you figure this issue out. I hope this helps.

Replaced ignator and flame sensor. Heater comes on normally but flame only stays on for 10 to 15 seconds. Faullt blinks 3 times. It will blink 3 times for about 30 seconds. Then re-cycles again.

Sounds like your you may have a dirty pilot assembly if your unit is a direct spark system. Also check ground wires are secure.

3 split units run from one compressor one is not cooling

If there is 3 indoor units from one condensing unit
(6 pipes at outdoor unit) this is classed as a multi unit

All units will run correctly as long as they all require same mode, cooling or heating, if one unit decides to heat it will shut down until master unit decides to heat then it will start, for each unit to individually heat and cool there would have to be 3 pipes to each indoor,

Have you checked the high and low pressure switches on the unit? If you are cycling on and off, look at your pressure switches to see if they are opening during operation. Also, when was the last time you cleaned out the condensing unit coils with soap/degreaser and clean water?

I would replace the distributor stator and the TFI ignition module both of which are in and on the distributor. Use Ford OEM parts (Motorcraft) as after market fail very quickly.

Amana Cooling Condensing Unit fan stops spinning after 15 mins

Capacitor, dirty condencer coil causing the motor amps to run too high. But most likely worn bearing on blade side of motor causing it to pull to one side causing it to over heat and shut down. Sleve bearings should have no side play.
