I have a conker live and reloaded xbox game and i have downloaded the patch to play the game on my xbox 360. however now when i attempt to start the game it gives me an error of "The region code for this game does not match your consoles region code. please insert a game with the correct region code." then below that it gives me 2 numbers of X:5829.0 B:1884.0, is there any possible solution to this problem?

I am assuming you are referring to playing original Xbox games on your new 360. Halo was the only game from the box that you can play directly without needing to download the patch to play but supposed newer systems have the capability to play more directly out of the box.

Other backwards compatable games can be played but you will need a samll patch for each game. The game if playable will automatically attepmt to download the patch from xbox live. So you will need to have your Xbox 360 conected to live or have a patch disk. (which is available via the Xbox Magazine disk or can be downloaded online and burned to a disk)

This requires backing them up to your computer and saving them to a iso file then patching it with the patcher. The patcher can be found online its called from_xbox_to_xbox360.rar It teaches everything there is about getting your backup to play on xbox 360. I'm unsure if this patcher requires your xbox 360 to be modded. If you mod your xbox 360 you could get banned from xbox.

Best possible solution is to see if you can get an update for the game you are trying to play through xbox live. Some games will play if they are compatible.

To play regular Xbox games on the 360, you MUST have an internet connection when you start up the game, to download the compatibility patch from XBL. Once you have the patch you won't need the internet to play the game from then on.

In order to play xbox games on your 360 you need to have xbox live. You must download the patch for each game you have in order for it to work on your 360. As long as you still have xbox live I would go and redownload the patch and it may take care of your problem. If you do not have xbox live I don't believe there is anything you can do unfortunately.
