Question about HP OfficeJet V40 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Printer worked great, all of a sudden, this message scrolled across and I cannot use the v40. I have cleaned all I can think of. I hate to junk it and buy a new one. Help!!
I have the same problem and I am looking for a solution also. I stopped using the printer for some time and then purchased some refurbished cartridges and hooked it back up. Prior to this I never had a problem except for paper not feeding correctly from the top feeder. Anyway the way I was able to get around this was to send a fax, once the fax was completed the printer was ready. Of course someone turns it off etc I am back to the problem on start up. The fax trick no longer works for me but might work for someone else. If anyone has the solution please post it.
