Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Motorola rival wont read my memory card. I put music on it but when i put it in the phone it says that there is no music on it. how can i fix this? :)

go to memory>card memory and see if it is showing that you have anything on the card. If is shows that you do. You might need to chack and see if it is in folders. So phone wont display music if it is in folders. If you have them in folders then all you need to do is cut and paste the music just on the card without folders and the phone will find the music

Make sure all the files are in "My Music" folder. XTC does not support folders inside"My Music" or files outside this folder.

I can't find the music I downloaded

You need to put the songs into the MUSIC folder in the root of the memory stick. They can be in folders in the music folder but NO folders inside of those folders or they wont show up.
