Question about Microwave Ovens
In most cases, you remove the cover, mark the hinges (so they get right back where they were to prevent leakage) remove the hinges, then remove the door.
If you want to just replace a door panel, normally you have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the previously hidden screws you need to remove.
