Question about Xerox Phaser 8400 Laser Printer
The printer was doing fine one day and the next day it came on with this code and does nothing.
37,002.47: PEST Error - Left jetstack disconnect. The left jetstack is not drawing the expected power from the supply.
Try turning the printer off for 10 minutes or so, then turn back on. If the error happens again you will need to have the printhead replaced.
Make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector or multi-outlet strip. These devices will not let enough power reach the machine, causing most of the 37 series of errors.
