Re: Audiovox PPC-6600 Pocket PC
I would suggest creating a LAN connection between your PDA and a PC, preferably without an IP address so it doesn?t interrupt other connections. The best way to do it is through your Bluetooth program settings. Then set your internet connection to be shared with the LAN connection.

You need to contact the Manufacturer (audiovox) of the phone, not your phone
company for this. Call the Maker of your phone to have them provide
you with the unlock code. Only they have this code, and most companies
Nokia, Samsung, LG, require you to have the phone for 60 days before
you unlock it. Good Luck!
Please note that when you want to use pocket (IE) browser of your PPC (pocket PC) phone; you need to ensure GPRS setting has been made in your phone.
For GPRS setting (Example: Airtel India network) please do the following steps.
Start --> settings --> Connections(tab) --> Connections(icon) --> under My ISP tap on "Add a new modem connection" --> enter connection name: airtel --> select a modem: Cellular Line (GPRS) --> access point name: airtelgprs.com --> leave blank on username, password & domain --> Finish.
If you are using different network (sim card) then you need to get "access point name" information from them.

There are 3 ways to connect to the internet: dial up, DSL, and wireless, both dial up and DSL require regular telephone line and wireless require wireless adopter and the software which goes with it, so since you don't have the telephone line you should go for the wireless internet service
