Question about GE Refrigerators
Have a GE refrigerator, side x side that is freezing up and than it quits cooling, had a service tech out and they changed the main control board as that has the defrost relay on it. he said that the defrost heater was ok, but now it froze up again, lots of frost on the back panal in the freezer compartment! so what needs to be checked or what is the problem? thanks for your help!
Please check the ventilations as somewhere it is leaking air or somewhere the air is blocked from coming out.
for any further queries feel free to ask.

then freezing, but its not defrosting. That's why fridge section is not
