Question about Tomtom ONE GPS Receiver
Well first let me say I am sorry to hear you had these problems. Now its unfortunate that again you have a problem that sounds from you description is corrupted data.
Theres not much can be done unless you have made a backup of your TomTom to your PC as theres no way to restore the data / files to working condition other than using a backup. So, if you don't have a backup then it looks like you need to return your TomTom to retailer once again.
Can I suggest for you and any other TomTom users reading this. If you do get an NEW or exchange unit , before using it for the first time, connect to your PC and perform a backup of the files contained on it or on any removable media ( SD card and similar on some TomTom models ) this way if theres any problems in the future a reinstall of the backup might produce a solution.
