Question about GPX ML848B Digital Media Player
Hi OK my problem is that my GPX player will add my videos then I try to watch but it says invalid format and itz an avi file I don't kno why it work. Can sumeone plezz help me?
I just got one today on the box it claims to playAVI,WMV, & MPEG I put all 3 on it and all it says is invalid format. Probably take it back if I can't get it to work.

I had the same problem, I transfered files already in AVI format and the player did not recognize them. I used the sofware that came with the player (AVI Converter, I think) to convert my videos to AVI and I selected that the program copy them directly to player ( the player has to be connected to your computer while converting the files, obviously) instead of doing it manually. At least that worked for me. Another option is to convert the videos to flash format (.flv). I don't know why the player reads those kind of files (as per the manual and GPX web page it's supposed to read AVI only) but it works. Hope this helps.
