Whirlpool Ultimate Care II LSQ9549L Top Load Washer were is the drain filter

Hi.

With Whirlpool top loader models the pump is located at the bottom of the appliance. The pump is accessed from underneath the appliance. Some model may have an access panel at the back. I think that with the Ultimate Care models the pump must be accessed from underneath. Here a repair video.
Here parts and diagrams.

Whirlpool Ultimate Care II LSQ9549L Top Load Washer leaves water

Water pump must not be running. Check if the belt is not broken or came off or the dial switch is bad or the clutch is not engaging.
