Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
I'd like to know how to setup certain application to be printed to specific printer. For example, I need to print Word doc to printer A, then Quickbook report to Printer B, etc. Is that possible?
If you have a network system and depending on the application you are using then Yes it's possible to do, but it's not easy, you need an IT person to set it up.
Some App's like Meditech, Kronos etc.. will do it, and even then you need tospecify the printer NAME
Otherwise you will have to choose the printer in the :
then print each time
