You would need to buy a small mixing desk which would plug into the AUX input at the back of your Stereo. Your microphone would plug into the Mixing desk.

I'm afraid if your Panasonic SA-AK58 is not reading disks, and you don't have the technical preparation to repair ir, it has some hardware problem and you should take it to repair.

go on the back of the stereo take a aux cable and hook to the back and touch the end were it plugs in to the mp3 r what ever you use and if its still making the nosie your amps fried
