Question about Bosch 24 in. SHX46A05 Stainless Steel Built-in Dishwasher
MY DISHWASHER WILL NOT FILL WITH WATER, I HAVE CHECKED FOR ANY BLOCKS AND ALL SEEMS FINE, I HAVE JUST LOOKED UNDER IT AND FOUND A SMALL LEEK IN THE WASTE PIPE JUST AS IT LEAVES THE MACHINE BUT WHEN I FILLED IT MANUALLY IN DRAINED OK COULD THIS BE MY PROBLEM. IT MAKES ALL THE CORRECT NOISES AND SEEMS TO BE ALL WORKING EXCEPT FOR THE LACK OF WATER. IS THERE ANY THING I CAN DO... WILL NOT PUMP WATER INTO THE DISHWASHER. SOURCE: DISHWASHER WONT FILL WITH WATER
I don't think that the problem is relates to the leaking water. Check first the filters on the inlet water line (both sides). Then, if problem still exist - check that the inlet water valve works(it is an electromagnet valve, located at the pipe's entrance to the machine)). If it doesn't work, test that it get power. In case it get power and doesn't work - You can easily open the valve and clean it (from scale or other dirt). Be aware you should disconnect the power cable from machine before doing it !!!! Check as well for valve's coil resistance. In case you have no resistance measurement - you should replace it for a new one. Good luck

Did you have a dishwasher before? If so, you must have had a sink tail piece with a dishwasher drain coming off the side. For the connection, you may have to get an adapter to fit the end of the dishwasher drain hose to the sink tail piece. Take all pieces to hardware store if necessary to get an adapter which fits. After you connect the drain hose, make sure that the drain hose has a "high loop", meaning that the hose curls up at least 6 inches above the connection point before it goes down again. This is important to keep sink waste from getting back into the diswasher hose if the sink drain backs up.

most bosch have the inlet valve at the end of the fill pipe and it has an anti-flood device.
try turning off the water, take off the fill pipe then reconnect it and see if this works.
taking off the fill pipe resets the anti-flood device
