When viewing the picture there should be a way you can go into the options menu and there should be a unlock button within that menu. Also, some pictures come with the phone and can't be deleted.

If you are going to remove the lock without knowing it then you have to compromise your data. No other option

When i turn on my phone it goes straight to passcode and wont unlock

You, or someone else has put a passcode lock on your phone. If you do not know the passcode, try some simple ones, 1234, 0000, 1111.
be careful, there is also an option to erase the phone if you get it wrong 10 times, and that might have been turned on.
if you cannot figure it out, you have no option but to wipe it and restore from your backup

My cell phone is motorola WX345 call setting not available and phone lock off ,when I try to put phone lock on , need pass word I do not have ,I do not know old pass word ,I do not see any network ,...

Hello
Thanks for choosing Fixya and for the purchase!
From your descriptions it may seem that you're experiencing a network lock on your phone. You may need the unlock code which contains 8 -16 digits. This you can obtain from the link below although it may come with a price tag:

http://www.gsm-unlock.com/unlock/motorola/wx345.html

Try removing the Simcard and reloading it again and see what happens.Try it on another phone.
Another option is to try a hard reset on your phone. This includes restoring your phones settings back to factory settings. It erases the changes and data added onto the phone from the the day of purchase leaving it as it was when new. This process erases everything and its advisable to store your data on a secondary device before running the process. Here's how to:

Press menu > Settings > Restore factory settings.

Now,concerning the bluetooth connections:If you wish to repair the phone using a secondary device, make sure your phone's bluetooth power is on and ready.Power the second device and put it to pairing mode and then:
Press menu > settings > connectivity > bluetooth my space > inquiry new device. This lists the devices under your range .Select on the device and then press on pair..

Please let me know of the progress.
Thanks again.

How to unlock a picture

Go to the playback menu and select it (you may have to adjust the circular option know to get to the playback menu). Once there, scroll to the picture(s) that are locked by using the sideways selection arrow buttons. Then select the up or down arrows, which will lock or unlock your picture. You can also erase any locked pictures, in case you want to, by formatting the xD card. Hope this helps.

Picture lock

Protected pictures cannot be erased using [ERASE],
[SEL. IMAGE] or [ALL ERASE], but they are all erased by
formatting.
• Go to Playback mode in the camera. Select the picture to be unlocked with the left or right arrow buttons, and to remove the protection select OFF with the up or down arrow button.

I need to erase all my contacts but don't have the unlock code to do it...

Go to Menu, Settings, Security (The code is usually the last four digits of your phone number), Erase All, and select Phonebook. This should clear out the entire Phonebook. You can also erase all of your downloads and pictures there.

Sir,

You can lock your phone manually or set the phone to
lock automatically whenever you turn it off.
To use a locked phone, you must enter the unlock
code. A locked phone still rings or vibrates for incoming
calls or messages, but you must unlock it to answer.
You can make emergency calls on your phone even when
it is locked (see page 68).
