Hello Pedro,

This issue normally appears when some addons gets installed on ineternet explorer.

Perform below steps to resolve the issue:

Reset the Internet explorer:

1. Open Internet explorer window.
2. Click on Tools > Internet options.
3. Select "Advanced" tab.
4. At the bottom of window click on "Reset" and "Restore Advanced Settings" buttons.
5. Click on Apply and click OK.

Disable Add-ons:

1. Open Internet explorer window.
2. Click on Tools > Internet options.
3. Select "programs" tab.
4. Click on "Manage Add-ons".
5. Disable all the add-ons by selecting each add on.
6. Click on Apply and click OK.

Internet explorer has encountered a problem get

This happens from time to time and is normally nothing to worry about. Run Disc Cleanup and remove all it finds. This will reset the cache in IE and may solve the problem.

I think, its some Add-on which is creating this problem in IE.

Please check the Add-ons in the Tools "Manage Add-Ons" Menu and try Enable / Disable for the Add-on which you think is not required for your IE.
