My Z33 printer is printing everything backwards. How can I get this fixed??? I have contacted your 800 number and no one can help me!!!!

I'd like to know more about the problem you are experiencing. Here are my questions:

1. What is the operating system installed on your computer?
2. When you say "printing everything backwards", does it print the texts like a mirror-image? or is it printing multiple pages "last page first"?
3. Does this happen to all print jobs your sending to the printer and from all applications(on your computer) you're printing from?
