First do not panic! It is possible to recover your pictures if you take care. Take the card from the camera (powered off) and if it has a "write protect" tab then lock it now. Do not try and write anything to the card or you risk causing more problems.

You can either plug in you camera to the PC as it should appear as a “Removable Drive” or put the card in a card reader attached to your PC.

Next, if you are comfortable with using a PC then you can download a FREE utility that will recover your photos from the following link:

http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/PhotoRec

If you need something a little more "user friendly" then you will need to buy the software. If you search the web for photo recovery software you will find many.
One I have used successfully is RescuePro that used to be bundled with some Sandisk products. Now you can get it from the link below:

http://www.lc-tech.com/software/prwindetail.html

You can try the demo to see what you can recover before buying.

Remember - Do NOT try & write anything back to the card until you can recover your pictures to your PC safely!

Please take a moment to rate this solution & let us know if the information given was useful to you – Good Luck!

I think your cams card got attacked by virus, so you need to remove it from your cam and connect it to PC through a card reader and scan for viruses
and copy the pictures from it to your pc, if required you can format it once either in pc or in your cam

There is a virus in my micro sd memory card who crypt all my images .i need my images back ..

look for recovery software from your card manufacturer. For example: http://www.easeus.com/data-recovery/data-recovery-software/free-sandisk-recovery-software.htm
Keep in mind : Do NOT format your card, because then it will be very hard to get your images back.

Just take the memory card out of the camera and read it with a card reader attached to the computer.

I very much doubt that there is a virus. Your anti-virus software is probably giving a false positive. If you are worried about this sort of thing, you should disable the computer's default behaviour of running autorun files on removable media like memory cards and CDs. There is a Microsoft advisory about this at THIS LINK.

When we connect the camera to the system it is not opening the photo gallery it is giving autorun problem

if the autorun window pops up warning of a problem then there might be a virus attack in your memory card. please clean your memory card and your system using an original antivirus software and after copying all the photos in your system format the memory card.
also please confirm me whether the window which pops up is autorun or autoplay. if the name is the window is autoplay it is not a problem actually.
