Never happened to me, but try reseting the phone. You do this by turning the phone off and then back on again but hold the home button while turning it back on. If this doesn't work, you might have to take your phone to a repair center.
this is a tricky one you need to open the phone. use a sucker place the sucker on the screen near to the home button. slowly pull up the screen slowly. when open up a bit you will see the screen connection etc carefully remove these.( take care of the hidden cable dont brake the flap that holds the cable in place just lift the black part from the bottom) and pull away the screen. now when this is done, take away the numbers cables in order it has them on it 123456 etc. and un screw the board. remove the sim card holder and lift from the bottom and pull out from the bottom at same time lifting up. now with board out clean the connections on the bottom of the board the copper squares etc a nail file pad will do. dont go to made doing it. then do the same to the others on the phone case. while the board is out get an old tooth brush and some nail varnish remover and put some on the tooth brush and clean out the connector for the usb and charger socket. and lave to dry. put phone back together in revers order. now when it is done plug into a pc/laptop not charger. it should turn on to charging leave to charge up fully. and phone should be fine.
Hay hay I did it. How I got it to work is thi, pull out the battery on your samsung pixon. switch it back on and continuesly press the ring button. you should get the menu up to ring some one. then start tapping everything. I did this an managed to get the touch screen and the buttons to work! From Sean
Its one of the most common problem in Samsung SGH-A707.It is mainly due to one reason i,e. your cell got wet.....!!! But you can try following steps to get rid of it:
Takeout the battery of your phone.
Leave your cell in air for a day or two without attaching battery and battery cover to it.
Put the battery back,it should work.If still problem exists, then I'll recommend you to buy a new battery for your cell........and before you put that new battery in your cell, leave your cell in air for another two days with the same procedure.
Hi try pulling out the battery for a few min and later when you put back the battery , keep your phone for charging. Then try switching off and off when the charging is taking place. Hopefully it should solve the problem.
