It may be that you are already using a drive that the camera is trying to open on, like if you are on a shared drive, most likely E or F. You should disconnect from whatever is occupying that space and the camera will apear when turned on.

hope this helps!

Cant get computer to load says operatingsystem not found exiting broadcom andmedia test failure

Your computer has been unable to read from your disk-drive, and so it tries to communicate through your Ethernet cable, hoping to connect to a "boot-server", i.e., another computer that would feed a copy of Windows through your network connection, so that your computer can load Windows. If there is no "boot-server" on your network, then the 'PXE' (Pre eXecution Environment) reports that it has "failed".

But, it's your disk-drive that either is "dead", or not getting any electrical power (loose connector? or dying power-supply?) or the data-cable between the motherboard and the disk-drive is loose/disconnected.

I cant download from the camrea

You neglected to specify the make and model of your camera, so I'm assuming it uses a memory card of some type.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

My pictures need to come off my camrea

This will do it for you. Connect the usb cable between the camera and the computer. Make sure the camera is off. After you connect the camera to the computer, then you can turn on the camera. Go to My computer on your pc and you will see all the drives. Look for VTech 773. Double click on the drive and you will see a PHOTO folder, pictures will be there. Remember: if your using an SD card with the camera, then you will see that drive listed under removable drives. Your pictures could be there too. Let me know if that helps.
