My lexmark x7350 has stoped working. The lcd screen is very light colored like its not getting enough power. Please advise what to do as the printer has been a good one?

did you check the usb cable try another cable if not check the power cord if it dose not turn on then you need a new one

Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark X7350 Printer Driver on your computer. Select your operating system > click on "FILTER" > click on the driver under Recommended Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions on your computer screen to complete the installation.

Try to the clean the nozzles of your color cartridge. Refer to this article in the Lexmark website on How to Clean the Print Cartridge Nozzles with the Lexmark X7350. If problem continues, try to insert a different known working cartridge to deternine if your color cartridge is faulty.

X7350 or X5470 ????

You need to first Uninstall your current printer driver.

Disconnect the USB cable from your printer.

Locate the Start / Programs / Lexmark XXXX Series / Tools / Uninstall Lexmark XXXX Series shortcut.

To start the Uninstall procedure click on the Yes button.

Please be patient and let the operation complete.

As indicated on the last screen, restart the computer by clicking Ok.

For many Lexmark products the Vista driver will work in Windows 7; the Vista driver for your printer is compatible with both the X5470 and the X7350.
