Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
SOURCE: suspended account
what was the account suspended for? I think it makes a difference. If it was bc your cc was expired and you want to use a code, you can try deleting all the cards in your profile before you enter the code that might work.

Judging by the picture, I am assuming you have an original xbox. The last time I checked, (a couple months ago) there was still xbox live for the original xbox, but it is a pay service that you need to go online, and setup an account and pay for the service.
Then you will have the info the xbox is asking for when you try to sign in.

Sorry, but the only thing I know to do is cancel the card to prevent ID theft and start a new profile. I have seen this happen a couple times and that was there only recourse. Chalk it up to a lesson learned and make sure you use a good strong password and change it every 90 days, ( you can set it up on your live id to remind you to do this).
I know this isn't what you are wanting to hear, and I sympathize with you, but there are plenty of crooked people out there that like to take advantage and there is little we can do about it after the fact.
****I hope I'm wrong and you ifnd another way to resolve this, and please let me know if you do.*****

If it is the origional xbox then they stoped doing servers online for that. If you have xbox360 you where probably reported and account deleted. Sryy hope this helps

The reason that you are not fully on xbox live after recovering your gamertag is because the gold subscription has ran out. The reason for your xbox not having your offline account is because you probably moved your account to your hard drive along with your saved games. If you cannot connect to xbox live, go buy a cat5 cable and connect it to your modem and it should connect you to xbox live so that you can download the update.
