Question about Konica Minolta bizhub C250 All-In-One Laser Printer
My c 250 stops printing. Yesterday copier works properly printing from all of our computers, today id cant't printing any documents at all. We can ping, connect by http protocol with copier, make copies, even scan and send files to computers, but can't print :) We try changing ports, protocols, drivers but still the same. Sending files to copier cousing with lighting transfer light on printer, but no tasks we can find in task list! We also cannot print configuration pages from copier interface.
Any help greatly appreciated :)
Sounds like the controller has crashed.
If you have a Fiery, reboot it and see what happens.
If that does not help you better call a Technician as it may need to be reloaded.

Touch utility button then on the touchscreen hit in the following order User Settings, printer settings, print reports, configuration page, and the start button
