For the rest of you who can't read, the warranty is 2 years from date of purchase with a receipt. It's only for certain models and it must not have been tampered with. Numeric models mentioned are 21 and 22, so maybe 20xx is not covered unless it has a covered name to go with the model number.

The headset Blueparrott B-150 stopped working. What is the problem (? battery? fuse)

You indicated that your Blueparrott B150 stopped working. If your headset is displaying an indicator light when it is plugged into the charger the battery is receiving power. If you remove the headset from the charger and it will not turn on or function properly there could be an issue with one of the control circuits.

If you don't receive any indicator lights while your headset is plugged into the charger the charger fuse may simply need replacing. My first recommendation in this scenario would be to try the other charger that came with the headset. All Blueparrott Headsets come with both AC (wall) and DC (car) chargers. Replacement fuses for the DC (car charger) can be purchased at almost any automotive supply store. If you unscrew the knurled ring at the tip of the charger the tip will come off for fuse access (NOTE - be mindful that the tip is under spring pressure). Replacement chargers can be purchased on line at www.vxicorp.com.

If one of the control circuits is the issue the headset will need service. The VXi, Blueparrott B150 has a two year repair warranty from date of purchase. Please call our After Market Services Department at 800-742-8588 x2011 to obtain a return authorization number (or RA#). After you have received your RA# you may send us your headset to us via any means you choose (prepaid) with your RA# marked on the package, please include a copy of your invoice or receipt. If you do not have a copy of your proof of purchase we use the production date in the serial number as the warranty default start date. If the headset is in warranty the After Market Services group will either replace your unit with like new product or repair your headset as necessary. In either case, our goal is to turn the unit around for outbound shipping in two business days (please note this goal can be affected by volume at the time your unit arrives).

DJ, Did Medicare purchase your Mom's chair? You can contact Sunrise Medical at 1-800-333-4000 and ask if the chair is under warranty. You will have to give them the chair's serial number.

If the chair is less than a year old then all the parts are under warranty except the batteries. If it is not under warranty and Medicare purchased her chair contact Repair Xpress at 1-877-581-3733 to get it repaired medicare will cover 80% of the repair costs Hope this helps you

if you have received a console from microsoft after a repair and it is still faulty or receives a fault then it will be covered by them as they originally repaired it when it was under warranty and your warranty will not be affected in any way as they will have it on there system to say the console is owned by you and still under warranty from a previous console or you will receive a full warranty as it is a new console

HEADSET SYMBOL IS COMING IN MY MOBILE BUT MY HEADSET WAS NOT CONN

If you have a Headset symbol stuck on your screen but have no headset plugged in, its probably down due to the pop port at the bottom of the handset.
This normally shorts or fuses together inside the phone when exposed to some type of liquid.
You will need to take this to a Nokia Care Point and they will need to check inside the handset for you.

If it has got wet, then it is not covered under the manufacturers warranty.

Try drying the pop port with a hairdryer.

Hi, You might want to call the Logitech Customer Care, try on another computer, if the problem persist, then you should get a replacement for hardware failure. This is covered by warranty terms.

Dropped phone :(

you would just have to replace your screen,this not very expensive and will do the job. The warranty will probely not cover this because it is not the fault of the proper functioning of the devise. You can either get it fixed by your service provider with you paying for this or you can go to your local repair service the price for both should range in similar cost .Be care full because if you fix it not by the service provider you might loose the warranty.This depends on the contract policy.
