My samsung sph-m330 , i have to put the wire a certain way so it says its charging & when i take it off the charger maybe hours later , its noteven charged? the battery is completely dead. does anyone know how to fix this?

To restore the default settings on your phone:
1. Press for Menu.
2. Select Settings > More....
3. Select Security.
4. Enter your lock code.
5. Select Erase/Reset.
6. Select Default Settings.
7. Using the navigation key, select Yes and press .
8. Using the navigation key, select Yes again to confirm and press .
Your phone will reset.

I would suggest trying a different charger. It seems like your phone is not charging as I doupt that 2 batteries would be faulty together
